Using openGL - sierra 2206

Hello, I was trying to run sierra 2206 with opengl, unfortunatelly charts doesn't even load, sierra not respoding. Are there any limitation for using opengl? My graphics HD6450 has support for OpenGL 4.0. Best Regards
