RBOB Symbol Settings: SC Data - All Services

Hi, I no longer have data for RBOB Gasoline Futures: RB?##-NYMEX, up until yesterday this was working fine. Using Denali / SC Data - All Services, there is an error message 'symbol settings not found for current service'. I've already tried updating symbol settings from server, but no success, also, the old symbol, RB?##, is working ok. Thanks |

We had a change to the symbols, so there are now old symbols and new symbols when using the SC Data - All Services service. Refer to the information here: Important Update: "SC Data-All Services" Symbol Cleanup The symbol RB?##-NYMEX is the "new" symbol. You have to be sure to be using either all New or all Old in your Charts, or there will be a conflict and you will not be able to download the data. It sounds like you have the old symbol being used in another chart somewhere. The easiest way to resolve this is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change all the symbols to the "new" format. Hi John, Thanks for the reply, I already completed this action "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" a while ago (and up until today there was no problem). Just to make sure, I did perform the action again, but no change, here is some information from the message log - SC Data - All Services | Starting real-time market data updates for: RBF21-NYMEX. Sorry, that was a mistake on our part, when we were adding some symbols and we overwrote the RB by mistake. We have uploaded the corrected Symbol Settings, so go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and select Update From Server. After that you should be good.
