Hi there, Just paid for live account after 14 day trial. I've chosen advanced and am still playing with the software using delayed data feed. Logged in today, did the software update, and now there is no data showing. Would be amazing if someone can please help as I've searched for an answer based on some of the messaging in the Message Log window, but I'm stumped. Below is a copy of the message log (I cleared the log, disconnected and reconnected before waiting 30 seconds to make sure of a clean message stream). Thank you very much for all you help. I ran the above step and noticed an access code error (windows error code 5) within the log. This suggested to me that there was potentially a permission error affecting the software. It turns out the an over enthusiastic malware software had identified Sierra Chart as a threat and was denying access. Really appreciate the excellent support and help you offered me. |
