TPO chart missing choice to split profile

When I right click on my tpo profile and the list comes up but is missing the choice Letters/Blocks In Own Column And Standard Profile. My list only has the choice Letters/Blocks In Own Column all profiles listed as a choice so I am unable to get the profile separated. I was going to send a capture of your instructions that show how to do this but don't understand the directions how to attach a simple capture.
