Hi, How do I pay and activate my sierra chart platforms? I saw lots of prices but what does it mean? I saw that we have to take a data, except I already have a data account under rithmic? Is it obligatory? I'm a little lost, what should I do? |

For the CME Group of data you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following information, including the Setup Instructions on this page: Denali Exchange Data Feed For EUREX, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for now - we are working on a new interface that should be ready in a month or so). Refer to the following information, including the Setup Instructions on this page: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Also, refer to the following information regarding using both data feeds: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#UsingBothDenaliExchangeDataFeedAndSierraChartExchangeDataFeed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your help. However I don't understand I have to pay a feed and have a real trading account? or can I just pay for the flow without having opened a real account? I am currently on a real account but on another Rithmic feed. I would need a sierra chart as well as another feed just for the actual data. What should I take as a formula? and price? thank you. |

The CME Group requires that in order to qualify for their lower priced Non-Professional exchange fees, that you have a funded trading account and that you can prove that fact monthly. It is possible to pay for the Professional exchange fees, but the cheapest option is $41.60 USD per month just for the CBOT E-Mini exchange. So the first thing you need to do is determine if you want to pay the Professional fees or figure out a way to get a trading account that we can validate for the CME Group. To help you, we have created a service with AMP to create a trading account with a minimal funding requirement in order to qualify for the CME Group requirement. You will find more information on this here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
