Delayed Data has stopped although my system is up to date with the symbol change.

Hi, I followed the steps regarding the symbol change and the delayed data feed on my chartbook started back to work this morning. However, it has just stopped in the last 5 mins. Could anyone advise as I've re-done the process at least 10 times and the data is still not coming through. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Tell us one of the symbols that is not updating.
