chart time reverts to 1 minut regardles

one of my charts(the 5m chart) reverts to 1 minute regardless of typing 5m or setting chart setting 1-5-1. Chart changes to 5 minutes on typing or setting then immediately reverts back to 1 m, any suggestions appreciated

By dupicating my original 1m chart then changing it to 5 m it worked fine at 5m setting . so Im all set for now but can you explain my original problem ? could that chart have developped a corruption fault randomely all by itself? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-11-23 14:25:56

Problem with the dupicate 1 m Chart that worked as 5 m, is it contains the 1m studies not the faulty one removed containing the orinal 5m studies. So I would rather rectify my old 5m chart containing the original 5m studies, if at all possible.thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-11-23 13:32:29

Thank you. Referring to those instructions you referred me to involved a horrendus amount o[f of search and reprogrammong since the chart involed was being overlayed by a nuber of other time frames. So I tried reverting back to a prior version that did not have that problem . So I had to go all the way back to Version 2192 to arrive to the version that did not have that problem. Can you possibly investigate what in the intervening updates to version 2199 could have created that problem thanks I'mm now running version 2192 with the original 5 min chart and studies without the problem |

when I upgraded the chartbook 2192 to the current version 2196, the 5mt chart upgraded without the problem, So I deduce that my original 5 mt chart must have been somehow corrupted producing the interplay between the 1 and 5 minute originally experienced. do you agree ? so I'm back running the current version 2196 with the 5 mt chart not creating any problems. |

We really cannot say exactly what happened, as we do not have the information we need. But, as long as you have it worked out and everything is working properly now, then just let us know if you have any further issues.

thats fine with me as long as you believe the version changes should not have had any effect on the issue i was having initially( inability to sustain timing change from 1-5mt)
