Dear Support I am receiving the following error in my log "Error getting list of user files to download ... " which occurred when I updated to current version and then when I rolled back as well. This is not something I've noticed previously and I have made no changes to Sierra settings. I'd be grateful for your assistance and have have attached screenshot. All that is stating is that you have your status set to "Disabled" for automatically downloading any shared files with you. You can change the status of that setting here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies&UserID=78160#FileDownload Therefore, there is nothing you need to do/worry about with regards to this.
