Program freezes for long periods of time even after restart

For some reason, sierra charts freezes all the time. I can even get a moment or two of unfrozen time to try and debug the problem. I followed a couple of the solutions I found here but hitting esc and then disconnected from data. However, it's still frozen. If it ever unfreezes for more than 2 seconds, I am going to remove all chartbooks to see if there's a problem there, but again, if I am freezing while not even connected can it be a chartbook. Initially, the freezing was historical data and intra day. Like it would load but because it froze for 5 minutes, it would then try to download data and freeze there. That is what I initially searched for on the forum. But again, now I'm not connected and I'm still frozen. |
