I am having trouble figuring out how to configure an attached order This is what I would like to do if you can help me please 1)Buy/Sell 2 MES 2) Initial stop is 4 pts 12 ticks on 2 contracts 3) sell/buy 1 contract at 4 pts / 16 ticks take profit 4) stop on remaining contract moves up to 2 pts / 8 ticks from entry 5) Take profit on remaining is 6 pts /24 ticks I have read through the documentation and have not been able to get it to work. Your help would be greatly appreciated |

This is the way I do it: Target1 = 4 points (or 16 ticks) Target2 = 6 points (or 24 ticks) Stop1 = 4 points (or 16 ticks) Stop2 = 4 points (or 16 ticks) BTW, both Stops are regular Stops... Stop2 is not a Trailing Stop. Then click on Stop2, and at the bottom of the trade window, under "Move to Breakeven for Stop": Select Step 1 Type: Offset in Ticks Triggered BE Level Offset: -8 Trigger Offset: 16 So when/if your first contract hits its target of 16 ticks, it will trigger the Stop2 move to -8 ticks below the breakeven point, the BE point being your original entry.
