Can I view both "Candlestick Bars" and "Line on Close" draw types on a same chart?

Yes, there are several ways to do this. The simplest, at least in terms of setup while giving you the full range of bar types, would be to use the Study Overlay - OHLC. Set this to be in the same region as the main price graph (typically region 1) and then be sure you set the option for Use Standard OHLC Subgraphs from Source Study to Yes. Then go to the Subgraphs tab and set the Graph Draw Type to Line on Close (or other option). User223734) For Line on Close try study "Moving average - simple" with Length "1" and Input data "Last" In my opinion, this is the easiest way to display in a candle chart but also to transfer it to others (with study price overlay) |
