I chart the ESH4 and the TFH4. On my ES charts (ver. 1091), set for 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (ET), after the first hour of trading, the day and date have changed to Friday Feb 14,2014 on the 00:45:00 AM candle. The next candle (15 minute candle) reads 07:30:00.subsequent candles now read the correct day and time (2/13/14). So basically I've lost all ES data from 01:00:00 to 07:30:00 ET The TF is fine Have rebooted machine, delete all data and download etc. - still the same. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance |

We have looked into this, there was a timestamp in the TransAct data feed which had a date going forward by one day. This has been cleaned up from the historical database. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data from before the incorrect time stamped bar: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails2.html#h2.1.2 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
