Hello, I am bit confused with data feed I use on my account. I have funded trading account with IB. I have real time data in Sierra. I am receiving a message with info "You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service." I pay around 30USD for data (at least this is what I thought) but now I am confused, that I am receiving this error message. Is there any explanation for this? Thank you! |

You are receiving that message because even though you are setup to get the data for the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional trading accounts, you do not have any exchanges that are set to automatically renew for next month. If this is intentional, then you can ignore that message. But if you want to continue with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that particular exchange, then you will want to make sure that it is Activated so it will automatically renew. If you will be selecting a different exchange next month, then also ignore the message, and select the exchange you want at the beginning of next month. Hello, thank you for reply. Is my understanding correct, that once I activate this pack (CME with MD for nonprofessionals trading accounts) by the end of this month, I will pay 31.20 for data and 36 for Pack 5 and I will be able to trade on CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX? Is that correct? If I need CME and CBOT only, I would pay 10.4 + 10.4 + 36 ? Thank you for confirmation |

You almost have it correct. There is also the cost for the Exchange Data Feed itself, which is $25.00. Therefore, when you have Package 5 with the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals", your total per month will be $92.20: - Sierra Chart Package 5: $36.00 - Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00 - CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals: $31.20 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Right now you are paying for the following: Sierra Chart - Package 5: $36.00 Denali Exchange Data Feed: - Data Feed: $25.00 - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals exchange: $10.40 Sub-Total: $35.40 Total: $71.40 Note that the timing for when you pay for the Sierra Chart Usage Time is different than when you need to pay for the Exchange Data Feed. The Exchange Data Feed renews on the 1st of each month. The Sierra Chart Usage Time is every 31 days, and depends on when you first made a payment.
