We see that you have gotten the data feed setup again, so you are good with respect to that. What happened was that you deposited the funds into your account on November 2, 2020. The Exchange Data Feed renews on the 1st of every month, therefore you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to the 1st of the month for the data feed. Note that the Sierra Chart usage time works on a different time scale, which, if you pay monthly, is every 31 days. It is not precisely monthly like the data feed.
