OEC hist. data missing on symbol

I have SC ver1077. For several weeks I have received OEC live account data on several symbols (intraday futures). Today I added symbol for Russell emini (RLM-MH4). I received history only back to todays 12:01am opening. My chart is set to receive 10 days. It receives intraday history for other new (not used before) symbol (like YMH4). Same thing for Historical daily chart (one bar only) What needs to be done to receive the Russell symbol intraday history? In the log I did see error item: Hist data logon error: Serving data is disabled.... regards |
