I only experience this problem with 10 year notes, the other instruments on the same chart work fine!!!

To begin with, your settings only have 15 days being loaded. Since today is October 29, 2020, your chart should only go back to October 14, 2020. If you scroll the chart all the way to the left, then what is the date of the first bar?
