What bars are you specifically referring to in that chart? The Numbers Bars with zeros would indicate historical data downloaded from this service. That data does not have the necessary data for Numbers Bars. Also, set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. I am referring to all 3 bars which have data . The ask and bid are repeating . It seems there data is faulty .
