1. The number of contracts is displayed with the + or - sign. In the image you gave, you have +1, meaning it is a Long order with a quantity of 1. Refer to the information here for what you can display for Working Orders: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart Trade Settings 2. You cannot delete SIM01, but you can add additional Simulation accounts and then select a different simulation account.
