Hello, i'm locked out from trading ... Trading lock is no longer enabled.



New order rejected - 'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled. Internal Order ID: 5154. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MESZ20_FUT_CME. Account: 7PV0174 | 2020-10-26 09:16:20.248 *




in the same workspace, my 7PV0356 account is not locked... but the 174 account is....

It sounds like the Global Profit/Loss has kicked in and locked that particular trading account. Go to Trade >> Global Profit/Loss and check the Status area on the middle-right and see what it states in there.

Hello,
I'm locked out from trading also.
Trading Locked is enabled, has a checkmark beside it.
The Global Profit/Loss Management functionality is not that case as no checkmark anywhere at this menu.
I can't place any real order.

I'm sorry my typo.

Trading Locked is NOT enabled, has no checkmark beside it.

The problem is that I have no option to choose my real account for trading.
Only option I have is either "SIM account" or "Trading Locked" option.
No real account option despite I have it of course.

You need to have your Service set to your Trading Service in order to be able to make live trades. It looks like you have not done this. Refer to the information here:

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
I tried to set the service I have which is "Denali Exchange Data Feed" but no such kind of service available in the Service option menu.
Can you please help?

"Denali Exchange Data Feed" is just the data feed. It is not your trading provider.

We see that you indicated you are using Interactive Brokers for your trading provider. If this is correct, then follow the Setup Instructions found here to connect to your Interactive Brokers account:

Hi,
yes, my trading provider is Interactive Brokers.
I have the real account at IB.
I have made all the Interactive Broker setup in IB as well as in Sierrachart but no live trading possible at Sierrachart.
There is still only Trade Simulation mode and Trading Locked option.

Can you please help where the problem is?
