Real-time data not working

I purchased the denali feed for real-time data and it still shows delayed data. I followed all the steps, not sure what is going on. It says [M] after the symbol and it is still delayed. The problem is that you do not have a trading account that you can connect to in order to validate that you qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees from the CME Group.
