Duplicating All Studies,Defaults,Toolbar Setting to a another Sierra Installation

Hi Support I run 2 Sierra Installations. My 'Main' one ( installation 1) is connected to Interactive Brokers using Sierra real Time Data feed. I use this one 80% of the time. I have another Installation ( installation 2) which I use to look at historical data using SC historical Data feed or SC Forex data. I would like to duplicate EVERY setting ( eg Study Modification/Default,Toolbar) etc from Installation 1 to Installation 2 ( essentially everything except the chartbooks of installation 1). What is the easiest way to do this? I have thought about just copying the entire Sierra Folder to a New location and just using installation 2 Chartbooks but think there must be a better way.
