Dear SC, I have an issue with CL Future Options: This morning my quote spreadsheet was not working anymore. It worked very well until yesterday evening! I looked at the FS symbol's list and found only Es Futures Options...not CL futures Options anymore! Could you please help me with this matter? Thank you, Paul |

This is now resolved when using SC Data-All Services. You need to do the following: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that you can then search for options: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Futures Options We are no longer supporting Denali Exchange Data Feed options with Interactive Brokers. You need a separate installation of Sierra Chart set to use SC Data-All Services: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I have a separate installation with SC Data-All Services,updated the symbol settings, then opened the FS window searching for the CL Futures Options without finding them. It seems to be missing.. Or have I missed something? Could you please check that out? Thank you, Paul |

Are you using the "new" method to get the Options listing? This changed a few releases ago.
