I would like to see the full depth of the market on the DAX30 index (GER30) without any delays. I have an account 5 Advanced. What data should I purchase? Can you send me a step by step instruction because I got lost :) I use Sierra only for monitoring because I invest with my broker on MT4

For the EUREX you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. If this was by mistake, then be sure you set the Denali Exchange Data Feed to Disabled so you are not charged for the Data Feed service next month. yes, I activated Denali Exchange Data Feed to the source by accident, I couldn't understand how to set the data for Dax30. Can you deduct this fee from my account? has it already been charged?

Sorry, we just realized that you were asking about the DAX30 Index. Unfortunately, we do not have the data for that instrument. You would have to see if you can get it from one of the providers we work with. If you do not want the EUREX exchange, then we will refund the $10.00 that you paid for the data feed for the remainder of October. The exchange itself was free for the remainder of this month.
