See attached. The TPO count above/below the point of control appears to be incorrectly displayed. Clearly, there are far more TPO's BELOW the POC (thick red line) than above, yet the text indicates the exact opposite. And while I'm at it, there are NOWHERE NEAR 364 or 178 TPO's either above or below the POC. Looks to me like there are less than 30 above, and maybe 70 or 80 below. Unless I misunderstand what a "TPO" is in Sierra terms. |

What you think the point of control is, could not be. That red line is not the TPO point of control.

Did you even read my message? It most certainly is the point of control. It's calculated by YOUR SOFTWARE. It's the POC based on Volume. Regardless of that, there are not OVER 500 TPOS in the entire chart. So the numbers can't possibly be correct. Please re-read my original message, and respond appropriately. |

We have no way of validating that. And in general we do not trust information users provide because it is often not accurate. We have to independently validate these things. That could not possibly be the POC. We need to get that chart by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart We did respond appropriately. I've been trading market profile for years, and I'm in a trading group every day with other who constantly discuss important levels. I would know instantly if my POC was wrong. I'm at a loss as to why you would be saying it can't possibly be the POC. At the time that screenshot was taken, it was the VPOC. But let's assume it wasn't. How do you explain the fact that the display is showing over 500 TPO's for the count?? THERE ARE NOT THAT MANY TPO's in the ENTIRE PROFILE. Chart file is attached. The reason why the statement was made about that not being the POC is because it is not the Volume POC that is being used to determine the number of TPOs above and below the POC. You would need to look at the actual TPO POC to see where the line is that defines those that are above versus those that are below. As to the number of TPOs, those values are correct. We are counting the actual number of blocks/letters that are displayed.
