I am missing intraday bars. I have read other threads and followed those instructions but I am still missing intraday bars. I haven't altered any settings so I am not sure what is going on. |

First, go through the process to delete and redownload the data from the point where you are seeing an issue. Refer to the instructions for this here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart If that does not fix it, then we would need to see a screenshot of what you are seeing to better understand what is happening. Follow these instructions to get us a screenshot: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This was my fault. My SSD drive was full. I now have a new issue. When I went to update Sierra charts I guess something happen because my space as full but part of my settings are not the same anymore. My chart books are fine I fixed that but a lot of the settings and visual settings are back to standard. Are they backed up somewhere? |

Yes, these settings are backed up in the Sierra3.cfg file in the Backups folder. Make sure you have cleared enough space on your hard drive then follow these instructions: Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File Also, if you are not familiar with how to clean up space from the Sierra Chart directories, then refer to the information here: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
