hello when i open my chart book most of the chart shows no data but the price is moving as you see in the picture. |

It's really hard for us to determine any of what is happening from that image. Offhand, it appears that the chart that is completely blank needs to have its scale reset. And the chart that shows the VbP on the right and the left appears to be scrolled completely to left side. If the above are not the issues, then in general, you need to open a simple chart and make sure you are getting the data correctly for that symbol. Then go through the studies in each chart and determine if there is one that is causing a problem by removing them one by one. the problem is in foot print charts, all chart that has order flow is blank any advice? |

You need the Advanced Service Package for Numbers Bars. ---- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu.
