3 minute chart stopped updating

I have both a 3-minute and a 30-second chart on the screen of the same symbol. The 30-second chart is updating spontaneously but the 3-minute chart stopped at 2:36pm ET (31 minutes ago) and won't update. Global settings are at 500ms. Please advise.

The charts are duplicates of one another with the same settings and only the period changed so settings does not appear to be the problem nor data as the one stopped spontaneously about 45 minutes ago but the other continues to run smoothly. I tried reloading data but that didn’t resolve it either. Can you provide specific suggestions to resolve this?

We did just this. That page is incredibly comprehensive. Did you go through it? We are not going to rewrite what is on that page. That makes no sense.
