There are no exchange fees when using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. That data feed is included with the Sierra Chart packages. The data is 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed, but it is streaming, so it acts like regular data in every way. It is meant exactly for this situation of learning to trade with Sierra Chart.
