sorry i am italian and i have some issue understanding, plase don't send me link. I have sierra for chsrts in realtime and also for trade. if i set all service i see realtime but orders are in demo. if i set routing order, i see price in chart delayed. so i kindly ask, WHAT I MUST TO DO TO ACTIVATR REALTIME CHARTS AND DO TRADING THANK YOU. TODAY I payed variuos amout, why i must to pay again, i ask- thank you help me |

Your account and data feed all look good, so you should be receiving the Real-Time data for the CME Group. This would be true regardless of whether your service is set to SC Data - All Services or SC Futures Order Routing/Data. Please leave the service connected to SC Futures Order Routing/Data and open a chart for a symbol from the CME Group, such as ESZ20_FUT_CME. Let us know if you are getting that data in Real-Time or delayed.
