Sierra Chart is not the provider of the market data in this particular case. We can only refer you to help topic 43:

Please contact your broker about the described issue.

We have our own market data feed you may be interested in using as an alternative. It is documented here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

To use that data feed, you will require a direct Sierra Chart account. Here are the instructions for that:

There are too many images posted without a clear explanation of exactly what the problem is. It is best to post one or two images and point out clearly what the problem is. Anyway, we think we have figured it out. There is missing data. The TransAct data feed had an interruption for a few minutes around the time in question.

Hi,
This patch is only temporary solution? We had an issues when during economics news, volume and spread of bar were totally different on two computers. Those things made some problem for us. Have you ever had this kind of issues reported? Feel free to contact me if you need any further information.

It is very unusual that there is an interruption with the TransAct data feed that we have observed. Today we will discuss the data feed issue with TransAct and make sure there are no further problems.

Also, we did not get to patching the missing data, that is kind of an involved procedure. We are working on a better strategy to accomplish this very efficiently. We will get it done today.

The solution to this is to right-click on the TransAct icon on your Windows Taskbar.

Disable the Use Mode 1 and press Save Settings. After that go into AT Charts and select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Thank you for trying to repair the data, but it still does not work.
Below please find two charts from two different platforms
Please compare and see the difference.
The difference in the appearance of candles and the difference in volume.
Very often it happens that I and colleagues who use the same platform "Sierrachart" we have different values of the volume.

several times downloading and deleting data does not help

We work on this again at the close of the day. We did not reload data back into Friday February 7.

Also, Sierra Chart is not the provider of the data feed you are using. It is provided by TransAct Futures.

Can You check this two highest volume spikes on attached files? Same data, same platform (Infinity) but on two different machines (see first and second screen)and as You can notice on one screen that red spike is higher and on another the highest is that green spike (I mardek differenc by arrows).
I attached also screen from ninja platform where volume is similar to second picture from ninja but there is also one diffrence which I marked it by circle.
Kind Regards
Lukasz

The Sierra Chart is not the provider the data feed and is not able to resolve these issues. We will let TransAct know about them. We cannot be reloading the historical data from an alternate source every day.
