broker states no problem with data.
no issue at my location with internet connections.
platform only will not connect to data.

did connect this AM - all good.
unexpectedly disconnected at 12:45 PM central time.
will not reconnect.
please advise on problem.

You are using CQG so this is going to be a CQG connectivity issue.
