downloading trade data for CTS

I have a production setup running on a remote server and want to download trade data on my desktop. However, I tried a few things including 'refresh trade data from service' but order fills don't show up on the charts. What am I missing? My service is CTS. |

At this time you are not going to get any historical order fills. The day is over with and cleared from the server. To our knowledge the server only has 1 day of order fills.

Are there any files I could move from prod setup to get them from sc charts?

Yes. The TradeActivityLog.DAT file in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed to. Make sure both copies of Sierra Chart are not running when you copy this file from one copy to another.
