I have Sierra on my regular trading PC.

Today I downloaded Sierra chart on my MacBook Pro that runs parallels.

After downloading Sierra on the my MacBook I copied my trading chart book from Sierra Chart > Data folder on my Windows PC to Sierra Chart > Data folder on my MacBook.

When I turn on Sierra chart on my MacBook I keep getting message on charts "Downloading Historical Data", but nothing shows up on the chart.

The only way I could fix this is by going to File > Data/Trade Services Settings > and from Service drop down 1st select SC Data - All Services (data) and subsequently selecting SC Futures Order routing/Data (trading).

Only when I do the above will my charts load data.
