Missing data on ES

Missing data on ES from midnight to 6 am EST. Contacted open e-cry and broker. They say everything is fine on there end. Have refreshed and rebooted

When I delete an download I lose data - its start at present time

Just tried that - at least its not deleting current data like it was but still missing overnight data.
Still missing data from 02:35 to 9:40 EST after refresh.
