It is not a matter of setting the Service on the Data/Trade Service Settings for the data feed. We see that you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data and that you are setup to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed billed through AMP. We also see that you have completed the Data Agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you need to tell AMP to finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your account. Be sure to let them know what exchange(s) you want to have activated. You need to contact AMP to tell them to finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We do not have any special way to contact them, so you would need to do this through whatever process you use to contact them.
