AMP - SC Order Routing account balance not working today at all yes yes i know it is not "streaming data updates" (although it should be - thats the standard for any decent broker folks) and yes yes i know it may take up to what 10 min, 1 hour (or whatever you wish to make up on teh fly) but man i have never ever seen it NOT workin AT ALL - all day long ie today check whats going on and if necessary restart your AMP / TT accoutn balance interface module Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-09-18 15:42:58

Do you know what server you are connected to? This would be server 1 through server 6. What is the Primary Server set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. We have no control over account balances. If there is a problem on the TT side it is not something we would be aware of or have any control over. check whats going on and if necessary restart your AMP / TT accoutn balance interface module There is no such thing like this. The balances are queried every few seconds.
