Stop order not getting activated

In my SIM account with FDXM (mini DAX), stop buy orders are not getting activated. I have tried via trade window and also via chart trading. The sell stop orders are working fine. The strange thing is whenever I try to create a buy stop order the DPL (Daily profit loss) keeps going up. Seems like there are some hidden orders in the background that are not getting cancelled even tho I have pressed 'Cancel All' many times. Can't see anything in logs either.
