I recently signed up for denali realtime data but when I check my charts my data is 10 minutes delayed. Why is this happening? I should be getting realtime intraday data. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you do not have a trading account but you still want to have the real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then we recommend this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Additionally, your agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed have been rejected, since you did not enter a trading service, but you specified yourself as a Non-Professional. You will need to complete these again and enter your trading account information. You can access the agreements here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
