Hi, I have a problem with downloading data for F.US.EPH21 contract (and more index future for that matter too). It shows up on my symbol list but when I try to open intraday chart with it gives me error like no such instrument for download. I already contacted cqg but they say the symbol is ok on their side. Cant figure out whats up with it. Could you please help solve this issue? Thank you.

Attach your Message Log per these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I have just sent log for analysis through "Send to Analysis" on my message log.

Data is not maintained for that symbol yet for CQG but we will add support for that.
