Good day My message log likes to pop up quite regularly which is very annoying, I assume there is an error or something that I can fix to stop it doing this. I have attached a snip of the messages I'm receiving if you want me to send the whole file for analysis just tell me how |

From what you posted, the Message Log is coming up due to these lines: Error Setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client

Right clicking and selecting Run as Administrator solved the same problem for me

C drive > SierraChart. Then right click on SierraChart 64 application. Select Run as Admin. Read the links in John/Support response if still unsure. |

Thanks but on the message log it still has the error Error Setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client I have gone through the documentation, made sure all settings are correct, time zone and SC setting so not comfortable getting this error message. Given I can stop the message log from popping up but is that like sweeping the dirt under the carpet. Can Sierra Support help me solve this issue please |
