No VIX for Russel 2000 and no VIX 1 Year (SP 500)?

I am wondering, why these above mentioned VIX Symbols are not available in Sierra Chart CBOE Real Time Indices!? They are standard on CBOE. As I am a paying for that- I expected to have real time access to these symbols. Please explain/fix this asap. Thank You!
