Hello, can you help me with my settings. I'm able just to scroll back the current day when I'm using numbers of trade per bar chart (tipically 10 o 20). Before I was able to scroll back more data and more days. Can you check if my service settings are well configured. I would like to trade futures (CL, gold, ES, Nasdaq) in us session and europe sessione and overnight. With the most deph available. Thank you inn advance Giacomo Siccardi |

Your service settings are all fine, so it is not an issue related to them. The first things to check are the simple things, like make sure that the Number of Days to load is set to something other than 1. Or if you are using a date range, that it is also set appropriately.
