Erroneous bar data returned from DTC server that does not show in chart

I received the following 5 second bar data for BA on 9/1 at 11:59:05 from the DTC server: {"Type":803,"F":[1,1598975945,174.57009887695312,174.65370178222656,169.25999450683594,174.59999084472656,4370,42,4370,0,0]} However, this does not show up in the chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1599165395999.png Why does it not show up in the chart but is returned by the DTC server? You can see the low value of 169.26 is really out of wack and was actually the low of day value that occured at around 9:35 AM. Why is the DTC server sending bad data? |

This is not "bad" data. Use the Intraday Data editor to look at the values of the records which make up the 5 second records and locate this value and then provide us a screenshot.
