Chart freezing

For the past 3 days I have noticed right at the regular trading hours open all of my charts freeze for about 10 seconds before resetting and is back up to date with price,

I have not added any new charts that would potentially affect the issue

Would you guys be able to take a look and maybe see what the issue is

I have had the same issue this week. Freeze for up to 15 seconds on the RTH open before catching back up. A manual disconnect and reconnect got it back working yesterday but same thing happened today.

Hasn't happened before but I did upgrade to current release on the weekend.

Regarding post #2, use the London data relay server. There is an option for this in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings.

Got back to this post late last night, I manually deleted and re downloaded the data as well as disconnected and reconnected to the data feed when I got back to my computer,

Wanted to see if that made any difference when the morning session opened which unfortunately still experienced the same issue a delay for about 10-15 seconds

I am going to change to the low bandwidth mode in reference to the help topic above and see if the issue still presents itself tomorrow,

Also wanted to note I use a discord chat room with other traders and 2 other members experienced the same issue as well just this week in particular

Yes i would be open to you guys giving me a call, I have my current phone number updated in my account information

I have enabled the "Save message log to file" as well

For tomorrow do i still need to change to low bandwidth mode or leave it as is ?

We just tried calling but only got voicemail. We will try again at 8:10 CDT. We call using Skype, so it will show up as not having a number.

We would like to get on your system briefly to check what server you are connected to, then we can make sure we are on the same one at the open this morning and see if we have the same issue.

Still experienced the same issue today on both the footprint and the DOM, I did have the time and sales window up watching it as well although the open today was extremely volatile

so wasn't able to get a good read on it
