I want to start live trading and I turn the SIM off and every time I try to make a trade it kicks me back to SIM. What am I doing wrong or do I have something wrong in my settings

We see you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You need to finish the setup starting at Step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Once those are completed, you will be able to turn off Simulation Mode and trade live.
