I downloaded SC today, activated a service package and made a payment. In the Data/Trading Service Settings, SC still says services are not enabled on package.

The account that you are using is associated with AMP, and that is why you are getting the messages that the other services are not enabled on that package.

If you are not going to be using this account with AMP anymore, then we can remove that connection for you. Please let us know for sure that this is what you want by letting us know in this thread.

Please remove the AMP connection, so that i may gain access to the other data providers

This is now done. You may need to exit from Sierra Chart and restart the program to ensure that it gets the updated information.
