charts not working

my charts have been doing this since the day i started sc. the cart and candlesticks lock up but the pricing bar continues to keep moving. I have the fastest internet i can get. i have 5 charts and only my tpo chart, 5 min chart and 3000 volume chart are locked up. my 10000 volume and 50000 volume chart are working. any help will be greatly appreciated.
