Unable to login to Sierra charts

Hello

I am a transact user. I am not able to login to my account through transact. The transact DOM is running OK.
Have called transact technical support and they can find no problem with my account. Sierra charts will load will a chart file normally on my PC but does not retrieve new data.

Not sure what is going on but it looks like there may be a problem with Sierra charts.

It is 6:52 central time.

Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
