Can not download historical NQU20 Data.

Hi There For some reason I can not seem to download the NQU20 historical Futures data anymore. The problem started for the first time this morning. This is the error in the log: "HD request #4 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for NQU20. Historical data logon error: Logon rejected due to authorization failure." I have never had this issue before. Please advise. Thanks, Charl |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
