Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Not Responding

Hello, I am having trouble with ALL the trading keyboard shortcuts. The tools keyboard shortcuts do work however. My search on the past support board posts on this subject has been unhelpful so far. 1. Yes, trading keyboard shortcuts are ENABLED 2. Yes, running Sierra Charts as administrator 3. Updated Sierra Charts to most up-to-date 4. All Windows 10 updates are up-to-date Is there something else I should try? Thank you! |

The OP's (post #1) issue is likely #2, "Running SC as administrator." In both Linux and Windows 11 OS's, turning this on results in, in my case using Stream Deck -- not communicating macros (hotkeys) to SC. Turning off "Run SC as Admin" fixes the issue. I have not tried running both Stream Deck and SC as admin to see if that resolves the issue. Trying that may give other users experiencing similar issues a fix. Hope this helps. This thread helped me recognize the only change I made since shortcut keys stopped working, was running SC as administrator! :)
